It was all fun and games until I found out It doesn’t support third party socket apps (ie. Java based socket client on android), because It needs some kind of packet type string. This library is awesome and easy for those who don’t want to wrap their head around technical networking stuff, but It really needs this feature. I bet 80% of other people are thinking the same thing.

Is there any workaround for this? Can we ‘spoof’ that incoming packet type string from a third party app? Just some questions along the way..

Well, what can you expect from a free library? But anyways this is a great library, I hope I get posted on the future updates.

Thanks for the post. This is something we are looking into as a potential future feature. Unfortunately we don’t have a time estimate yet.

    Kind regards,
    Marc
